Come one, come all, to our third ... err fourth ...err been drunk and lost track ... annual lunch GTG.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, Feb. 25. The location is Max and Erma's, 3750 West Market St., Fairlawn, OH. That's on Rt 18, off I-77. Same place as last year. Decent food, good beer, and great company.

And, as in the past, we will have the restaurant to ourselves from 10:00am till 11:00am, with our knives out for show and tell, or swap and sell, only until 11:00am. That's when the restaurant opens to the public, and we have to put our toys away. So make sure to come early if you want to show off your latest score, or fondle someone's Mistress. :D

Bring your friends and family, and let's make this lunch even bigger than last year.

Please email me if you would like to get on my mailing list for future events, like our summer Chop-Ins. If you plan to come and would like to handle a particular Busse model, contact me, and I'll try to scare one up for you.

Great food, Great friends and Great knives. Can't get much better than that. Hope you all have a good time and post pics so the rest of us can be jealous. :D

Ya porkers missed another fun GTG. intel440, our resident Dog, wins the award for longest drive, nearly 5 hours from PA. That's Hog spirit! And he's a darned nice guy; he gave resingirl an Opinel. :thumbup:

The knife pics suck, sorry, with the lighting in the restaurant, my point and shoot could not get a decent pic with flash, and w/o the shutter speed was 1/4 sec. So it goes.

steelnut brought a Rucki to compare to my Ruck. Now I'm thinking some liners would be nice under the scales on the Ruck.

resingirl went nuts for the Cupidvore, and intel was showing off his latest grail score, the Rat folder. Those two next to the BK9 he made himself, even made the scales. :thumbup:

We had a great time, as usual. It could only be better if more folks showed, or Pokey sends cupcakes!

And a big thanks to Tony, the manager of Max and Erma's, Fairlawn, for letting us come in early once again to have our own private knife show. Stop in for a burger and beer if you're ever in that neighborhood.
 
Wish I coulda been there man. As always looks like a great time.

I figured the rest of the Ahia porkers were at the Dayton trough whilst youse guys were distracted with some Max-sized Garbage Burgers, Onion Rings, and Tortilla Soup.......mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
