Edit: Benchmade continues to impress me with their excellent customer service. Their exceptional products combined with a rare level of customer support is quite overwhelming. I called to inquire about ordering a 943 with a different pocket clip, and the customer service representative asked for my address (prior to me ordering the knife, mind you!). I then called after placing my order to see if it could be expedited so that I may receive my knife before i return to school after thanksgiving break, and they were able to accommodate me in that area as well.
