I just got the small plain sebenza that I bought from jheredia on the exchange a couple days ago. He provided a great buying experience, especially for my first forum buy. He answered all my questions, shipped the knife same day with fast deliver, and there was no false advertisement about its condition, it's in almost perfect shape! Here's some pics next to my small plain insingo.

The sebenza was born 08/27/2012 and my the insingo 05/14/2013. There are some minor differences, which I'm guessing are due to their different ages. The sebenza's screws seem just slightly shinier than the insingo's. Also its anodized parts are slightly more purple while the insingo's are more blue. Also, its "IDAHO MADE" and CR mark are more deeply engraved. The sebenza's pocket clip screw is the correct length, flush with the inside of the scale. The insingo's is a little long, protruding past the scale a little.

The sebenza's lock-up is about 50% as opposed to the insingo's ~65%.

The pivot on the sebenza is a hair tighter but just as buttery smooth. Also, it's hard to tell, but the lockbar feels a tiny bit stiffer/stronger than the insingo's. All in all, they are both about as close to perfect as I could expect. These will both be edc users at the office.

I must admit that with that title I was a little concerned about what kind of pics I was going to see when I opened this thread ;P

Seriously though, congrats.
You've started a very fine collection, I find the Insingo to be the most useful blade that I've ever owned, love my small so much that I had to get a matching large.

Yeah, I love the insingo blade. I'm liking the drop point too, I'm going to carry that for the rest of the week and see how it performs with my daily tasks. The collections is growing too fast (I have a small starbenza on its way, eta monday), I need to find some self control, I think the bank calls it my overdraw limit.

I'm interested in the large, the 25, and the umnumzaan, but the dimensions are somewhat daunting. I think I would want to handle one in person before buying one.

The large doesn't seem to big for edc but I've been carrying an Umnum, large Insingo, or 25 as my edc for close to three years as well as off and on before that. I love my small Insingo but the large is where it's at for me.

Congrats on the WC Starbenza, they're awesome.
If you end up getting the itch for an Umnum or 25 let me know, I have an extra StarTac ( Umnum ) and an extra 25. I bought them as back ups but don't think ill need them and may post them for sale soon.

That took me a minute......
Nice pair you have there! Now you need to get an inlayed one or a mnandi to keep them company:D

I'm pretty sure a mnandi is going to be my next crk. I really want one with white mammoth ivory, a nice box elder is my next choice.

That's a perfect pair to cover most any need you could have short of HTH combat. Congrats, and thanks for the pics!

Yeah, that was what I was thinking, these two will be my users, any other crk's I get will be used but more for my collection. I should be receiving my starbenza on monday, after that I'll start looking more at mnandi's.
