Shadow IV #21 was numbered on March 16, 1990 and the nubmer indicates that it is the 21st Shadow IV that we made. This, to the right person might be important and could increase the value, but to another person, might make no difference at all. The one great advantage is that it can be identified which makes it that much harder for your "buddies" to liberate it!!
