Nutritional supplements

Any of you take some sort of nutritional supplement(s) on a regular basis? My morning routine includes a multivitamin, standard aspirin and an Omega-3 fish oil capsule. I know of folks who take handfuls of such stuff, but I am trying to stick to a basic program for now, and adjust as needed. I am interested in your approaches.

GNC vitamins are the best (IMHO, that I can get easily)... 2 a day and their triple ginseng.

Other herbal stuff when needed: valerian to sleep, goldenseal to dry up allergies, kava tea once in a while.

For those with high cholesterol, try chitosan. It binds to fats and gets rid of them. Works. Numbers get better.

Won't lose you any weight, though.
