NY Harriman hiking tomorrow--easy, mostly rock trail?

Hey all, I'm going out to Harriman tomorrow for a nice hike. The family's coming along too, though--aging parents, small dog--so I'm looking for a real easy yet scenic trail, not many steep inclines, mostly rock so we can avoid mud. Any good ideas? Most likely going to start somewhere along Seven Lakes Drive, but I'm open to Bear Mountain too.
