NY Law Issues - text deleted

An Endura 4 is a gravity knife? This is an intentionally poorly written law designed to be applicable to virtually all folders and Cuomo and others wouldn't have it any other way. Oh well at least in Upstate NY we don't have as many jerks causing trouble.
