Nyala coated or not

I have gotten mixed answers so thought I'd just ask here. Are the Nyala Drop Points all coated or are the current models available without the coating just a stonewashed or satin blade?
And if they are available without the coating does anyone know where I might find one?

Thanks JJ

They were originally stonewashed. At some point - I don't remember when - CRK started doing a PVD coating. The latest production has gone back to stonewashed. You will need to call the dealer to make sure they ship what you want. One KNIFE dealer that treats its products as ART has shipped at least a couple of members stonewashed blades from the latest/current run. Give 'em a call.

Thanks Rick ... they only have the Insingo blade ... I'm wanting to find the Classic Skinner Drop Point Blade in the uncoated steel if possible.

Just email the seller and ask if the blade is coated or stonewashed.

I have called a handful of dealers the only Classic Skinner Drop Point Nyalas they have in stock are all PVD coated ... I'll have to try calling CRK direct next week and see what they say or if they know any dealers that currently have any stonewashed blades in stock.
