Feel free to ding me if this is tacky...I thought it might be interesting to keep track of the manufacture dates of Nyalas. It isn't every day, or year, that we have a new knife from CRK. So, with that thought...

I saw this post about two minutes after it was made and I bought the remaining Nyala from New Graham Knives :)


I received the knife yesterday and it was born on 4-20-2010 like the others.
 
I'm visiting family in New York City and decided to walk down to Paragon Sporting Goods as I had heard they carry CRK's.

After a quick glance at their knife case I noticed dozens of ornate Damascus pieces; no utility knives. I was a bit bummed out because I was hoping to at least hold a CRK.

Then, as I bent down to check the bottom shelf, at the very back there they were. An annual Snakewood large Sebenza and a Nyala!
