Nyfestyle question

Based on another thread from a few years ago, I discovered Nyfestyle. They are limited to 2 products and custom work. After placing an order from their website, I haven’t gotten any receipt or shipping confirmation. I sent an email, but no response either. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Did you pay with credit card or paypal goods and services by chance?
 
No activity on the boards for over a year, no updates on instagram for over 3 years. No address or phone number listed. I kinda doubt they are still in business. Somebody who cares about their business these days does at least some active marketing somewhere or at least provide a clear way of being contacted other than some cookie cutter online form. At least my opinion. You can give it 72 hours, but then I'd get a refund through PP and not wait any longer.
 
Thanks for the responses. I’ll give it until tomorrow, then proceed with PP dispute.
