nylon sheath for hobbit

anyone know where to get a good sheath for a rekat hobbit warrior? i was thinking about the 5" blackhawk, but i'd prefer usa made. i'd love to get an soe, but i've never seen them available for sale. thanks

Try www.soegear.com - I dont see sheaths listed, but they gotta be making 'em, so fire 'em off an email if you dont find sheaths (I coulda missed 'em) and see if they cant rig something up for you.

Otherwise, you might try Eagle tactical gear, they make a sheath like BlackHawk does, dunno if its American made but I think so, memory says anyway - you get the sheath from them, get int ouch with a sheath maker like Robert Humelbaugh at www.survivalsheath.com and he'll make up the kydex insert for you.

i've got kydex, its ok sometimes, but i like the soft sheath for field work. i plan on getting a shoulder rig for it and a brend fighting hatchet from survival sheaths, and maybe a belt sheath. eagle doesn't sell a fixed blade sheath i could find. i think all soe sheaths go to strider on contract. i just dont like the way the one that came with it fits.
