Nylon Sheath for Swamp Rat HRLM and RMD

hey guys,

the headline already says it: i'm looking for two nylon sheaths for a hrlm and a rmd. does anybody know something that matches?

Non costume? What do you mean?
 
I meant custom -> typo. I'm looking for something like an Eagle sheath or maybe a replacement sheath for...maybe a Becker knife. Something that fits - nothing handmade since I already spent to much $$$. Or to be more precise: I rather get a Kabar mark 1 for 50$ than a handmade kydex sheath for the same price.
 
Ah! ok, thanks for making that clear. :) I couldn't get my head around the costume thing. :p

I dont know if they have the sizes you need, but Spec Ops and Blackhawk both carry ready made nylon sheaths, and I want to think theres one more out there but cant remember the name. I am somewhat sure that Eagle no longer makes sheaths though, a shame as they were excellent, pricey but well worth it.
 
i checked spec ops and blackhwak but it seems difficult to get them. plus most nylon sheaths seem to be adjusted for 6-8" blades. the hrlm is 4", the blade of the rmd measures roughly 5 1/2"...seems like i'm screwed :)
 
Once upon a time Blackhawk did a smaller sheath, but I guess the market wasn't there for it, bummer.

On sheath cost, the way I see it, I bought the expensive 4x4 now I dont want to put bias ply street tires on it.

There's a few kydex benders out there that are very reasonable in their pricing, might as well bite the bullet and get yourself some nice pants for those two and abuse them severely for making you buy them expensive clothes. :D

You have a point! Usually I feel the same way but I got a lot of upcoming expenses so I really need to cut costs.
And my inquiry it is not all about the $$$. I would like to have some well made nylon sheaths for a change. Got enough kydex sheaths around here but not a single decent nylon sheath. But like i said: it seems like i'm f$%#*$ :(

By the way: I already made some kydex sheaths for my selfmade knives...so kydex wouldn't be that much of a problem. just don't want to this time
 
I have a Busse factory sheath that came with a Busse Combat BA-e I would sell.
It is nylon with kydex insert that measures around 5 3/4 in.
