I don't get it

NYPD and the D.A. Cyrus Vance Jr. have virtually made all pocket knives illegal in the city. Look it up as it's way too much to post here, plus I don't want to get too political in this forum. Basically it's a spoof of how absurd the knife laws are in NYC. Even illegal.
