I searched around and did not see anyone post on the use of a money belt to hold a kit. (Got the Idea from a bulkey comericial kit I saw years ago) So I thought I would post on this kit I made after Christmas. My wife bought me a leather money belt from Orvis for Christmas. (Put it on my list with this in mind). I was able to but a quart bag from survival resources, 4 miro pur tablets, razor blade, 12 hooks and sinkers, 30' of 30lb test spider wire, piece or hacksaw (striker), sewing needle, 4 tinder quick fire tabs and a light my fire scout blank in the belt. Everything folded flat and fit. Wears good you do not even notice the items are in the belt and the belt does not look any diffrent not stuffed looking. I did make sure though I put the ferro rod where it would center in the small of my back since it is rigid. I guess this is my take on Bryan's final options kits. Now I have less pocket clutter and I am less likely to leave it at the house or loose. This kit, min bic, SAK Hicker, and Gossman PSK now make up my daily carry. Hope to post some pics later if I can figure it out.
