Are all of these single bevel? That is what I would suppose from the site.
Any further information (as in a review or user report) would be most welcomed by me at least.
Hard to tell exactly, but it seems that the knife that ddean purchsed is not now offered? He said that was double-beveled.
Anyway, I an very interested.
They appear to be a lot of knife for the $$.
