So took me about 5 months to get this done for a kith on KD and finally got pics of it, it seemed like I kept having issues with it and then during ht I got a slight (less than .5mm) wave in the edge. It sharpened out but I need to keep an eye on how far I take the edge pre ht.

I call it a utility knife
1/8" O1 steel, Bubinga handle
About 8 1/2" overall, Blade 4 1/4", Handle 4 1/4" (give or take hehe)
brass pins, epoxied and peened
Very sharp, although I didn't get to the micron paper, I took it to 4k on a water stone and then white compound on cardboard. Polished the edge enough to easily shave my hand. I'm not completely happy with the finish of the blade and never got a sheath done for it but I hope you like it anyway.
Oh, and I totally screwed up the lanyard tube, it was my first time trying to flare the tube and it cracked on the edge. It will be better next time though.

and as you can see, I'm no Cooper but I got a new camera, so I will keep trying. :-)

Take pictures in natural light. Thin plastic garbage bags make decent light cubes. If you have a digital camera, take a lot of pics and use the best of them to post.

Well, next time I probably wont flare it. I need to work on flaring on scrap wood before I do it again on a handle. Im moving into a new shop soon, so hopefully I can make a little light box for pictures. I have no space for anything right now.
