Greg,
I wear and so do a lot of the college umpires wear the Bolle Vigilante or Paroles umpiring with the corrective lens insert. Good peripheral vision non slip. Change lenses based on sun conditions.

I have Oakley Mars glasses with prescription lenses. I purchased the frame at an optician here in Germany. They had to send them in to the European Oakley centre to get the lenses. If I remember correctly I paid 250 € for the lenses, which will be roughly the same amount in dollars. So that was the official Oakley Europe price for prescription lenses (black iridium, non polarized).

Alternatively I could have gotten non-Oakley glass lenses for the same price, made by the optician. If I ever need new lenses, I will do that, because I have already managed to get some small scratches into the coated plastic lenses from Oakley.

I have a pair of Scars and a pair of E wire 2.1s, both with Oakley lenses. Plus a pair of Off Line 4.0s with clear lenses for everyday wear. Best lenses I've ever had. My eye Dr. sent them to Oakley, took about 2 weeks. $165 for standard grey or clear - prices go up from there, to about $200 for iridium IIRC. You won't be disappointed.
