OBD II Live Data. Anybody good at interpreting?

Hey guys. I'm very well off on the mechanic side of things, but when working in the shop i never really got to spend too much time learning about live data. Somebody i asked (who can barely read live data as well), told me the parameters they were seeing told them my car has low fuel pressure and a vacuum leak. Not having a gauge of my own, i can't verify low fuel pressure, my car runs fine as far as i can tell. it is a GM 3.4... if that says anything haha. These engines are anything but normal. I just did lower intake manifold gaskets on it. Checked the FPR, no leaks. Checked for vacuum leaks, nothing. So i don't know if they didn't interpret it right or what. I installed a new OEM fuel pump a few years back, i've done the LIM gasket job (includes gaskets, injector o-rings, etc.), i've done the entire cooling system over, which has no relevance to this issue per say. My MAF sensor is clean, i replaced the upstream o2 sensor, i have a new fuel filter and i run a full cold air intake as well. Any work that's been done to it since i purchased it has been done by me. The engine is sound and in good working order, no misfires, everything looks mint to me and as far as my eyes and ears can tell, it's fine. But like i said, according to the live data, they think otherwise. Now, i know that these parameters change as far as o2 and such, but i tried to get it as best i could. The car was sitting at idle, but has been driven previous maybe 12 miles. It's a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM with a 3.4L V6. Anybody have any good websites i could learn interpreting live data from, i can't find anything good.
