Top looks like giraffe bone. Bottom... Rams horn or bone??? Just a guess.

Top one definitely looks like bone. Bottom almost looks like mammoth ivory, but I'm going to say bone as well, given the prices are identical, and not that high.

camel and giraffe bone seem to be very versatile materials. at least with regard to coloring.
