I have been been considering getting an obsidian knife for a while now, but I can't seem to find any reliable (looking) stores. Anyone have any suggestions that might be able to help me out? I have a few Spyderco Knives, an Emerson and a Gerber Instant and am looking for more of a show knife now.

Obsidian knives are an outdoor craft or art. I don't think they are very practical to sell because they are really hard to make, and they shatter if dropped. There are some people on Youtube that make them as a hobby, but I have never seen them for sale at regular online knife stores.
Maybe ceramic knives would be a better choice?

Have seen some cool blades in a sportsman's warehouse in portland.
Was a bit pricey though.
Just checked online and couldn't find it. Maybe they sell it only in store or don't carry it anymore.

You can find plenty of them on "the bay". I have about a dozen I picked up there; cheap, reasonably well made, attractive but NOT really sharp. I wanted them for show as you indicated you do, so the sharpness did not matter to me. Good luck :).

Just a word of warning.
If you do buy one that is sharp, be careful. They can be Very sharp, to the tune of measurably sharper than a surgical scalpel.

I used to do some flint knapping and I have knicked myself and not even felt it, just saw the blood...

Yea that is the problem I have been having. I want a sharp one (no use buying one JUST for show, haha), but all of the places that I can find them seem pretty dull. Thanks for the info. I might check with some local outdoors stores.
