Is it OCD when you carry more than one traditional slipjoint to want the covers on each knife to match if possible?
For example: If your primary slipjoint is something with say smooth yellow covers, would you want the others to have smooth yellow, as well? (and possibly be the same brand).
I got my Taylor/BTI Old Timer 858OTB to open without having to fight with it. (PB Blaster got the crud out of the joints)
Now I want to get a 25OT (2blade) Folding Hunter and 11OT canoe with Saw Cut Delrin to go with it, when I carry the 858OTB.
Is that "normal"?
