Oceanic Titanium Dive Knife

Hi guys, I am new to Bladeforums. I dropped in from time to time but finally decided to register yesterday. Anyway, a friend who operates a dive shop told me about the new Oceanic Titanium Dive Knife. I went to the Oceanic website and learned that it is made of Beta Titanium. Is it the same material used by Mission Knives? Can anyone tell me who makes these knives for Oceanic? Thanks.
 
Haven't heard of the Oceanic, but heard of the Ocean Masters. The Ocean Masters claims to use Beta titanium. We bought one and sent it to our metallurgical lab. Guess what...results came back "NOT BETA TITANIUM"

Also, the Ocean Master is not heat treated. The one we bought Rockwelled out at RC 27.

Hi Rick, thanks for your reply, I guess nobody knows more about titanium knives than you. Anyway, the knife is featured in the Oceanic website. It is http://www.oceanicusa.com. It seem like a simple knife with some of kind plastic scales attached with screws. Any idea??? My initial assumption was that you made it.
