I've been carrying a PE Ocelot for a few weeks now, and recently traded for another one. Just fantastic! Stays sharp, and gets sharp again with ease. Was helping out at my daughter's house with some painting, and she had a large sweatshirt she wanted to use for a rag, but only a small piece of it. She was going to go get scissors to cut it, but the Ocelot sliced through it like it was butter. "Maybe I should get one of those!..." ... was the reaction.

There's just nothing wrong with this knife -

Yes, I saw that complaint - and I can understand it. I don't dress game myself (although I love it when my relatives bring over some venison!), so it's not an issue for me. Probably when I go camping this summer, and get it into the gunk, I'll have a similar reaction. Guess there isn't any such thing as a perfect knife after all..:D

Of all my knives, this is my wife's favorite because of the paw prints. She teaches at a school where the mascot is the "Wildcats". She wanted to get her principal one as a gift until she found out how much it cost. I was busted--"do all your knives cost that much?!" Talk about an impromptu tap-dance....

The saddest part, though, is when we both realized that neither she nor the principal could ever carry the knife at school for fear of violating the "weapons free zone" law.

It really is annoying that schools seem to be so knee-jerk in their policies. If the school is truly supposed to be weapon-free, then those sharrrrp pencils and pens need to be outlawed, too. And the screw drivers for fixing the PCs, etc. And don't forget all those chemicals in the science labs - those can blind people :jerkit:
