Hi all,

Came across this and it looks decent.
Has anyone use it before and if so how would you rate it?

I've got the short version of that oxhead axe (well, close to it - I have the normally-hafted version sold in the States by Stihl). It's a splitting champ. I bought it for my wife to use to make kindling (she would only burn kindling if she had her way -- she likes flames!).

Excellent head shape and profile for splitting. Works very, very well. I can't imagine that the full-size version you've pictured would be any less useful.

I have the full size version with the 31" handle and it is a brute. I’ve had it for about a year now and split about 12 Cords of wood with easy. The steel quality is excellent and the handle mounting that Ochsenkopf uses is second to none, it will never come off.

I have cleaned it up a little here are some picks
