A little something to take to Atlanta - (23-Q!).
A 10 1/4" long clipped and clayed W2 Bowie blade.
Stainless, faceted Take-down fittings and a stabilized Amboyna Burl handle.
15 1/2" overall.
The balance on this is just in front of the Maker's Mark, which, by the way, is my new mark without the "K.B.".
Stop by and fondle it if you get the chance!

Zowie, Karl,
That's a really sleek blade, and the hamon's outa-sight. I'll come by to see .

Awesome all around! You hit all of my preferences on that one: faceted burl, takedown, long clip.

Is the tip swept slightly? It looks great!

That one definitely floats my boat. Love the blade shape and the octagonal handle. Gorgeous wood, too.

..........Is the tip swept slightly?........

Absolutely.
You should be able to see a hint of that in the upper photo with the blade thumbnail.
(You can actually lay a piece of paper on your monitor screen and place the paper's edge from tip to clip crown.0

That's a great blade and an all around beautiful knife! The octagonal handle shape is very striking.

^ high praise.
Gotta pay my respects, too. Very graceful, Karl. Great job!

Wow Karl, I believe this is the biggest knife I've seen from you yet. I've always liked them all, but this is now my favorite. Very Nice.

Bill
