OD handles on a folder

I'm considering getting a D2 Griptilian from Cabela's. The website lists them in black or OD handles, both with black blade (I have no idea about actual availability).

Any opinions on black versus olive drab handles?

(A decent comparison picture would be awesome--the pictures on most retail sites leave something to be desired!)

I can make an educated guess and predict that they are exactly the same in every respect except for color.
So pick the one you like better.

I've had a few knives with black blades and OD handles and I think they look good. The colors are subdued enough not to attract much attention. They look better than all black, which is dull, visually uninteresting.

Yep. I agree. OD handles with a black blade are the coolest. Black and black is just too common. To me, it's the main reason I'd get the Cabela's D2 over the standard Benchmade in 440C. It just looks good.

I like OD handles.
Sometimes I just get bored with black handles all the time, and the OD adds a military flavor without seeming too over the top.
