ODD Model Needs Help

So, I won this bid on the bay, more like I was the only one that wanted this knife. I have no Idea what it is or when it was made. I was told it was a BPS exclusive and I have a similar filet knife so I thought what the heck. If any body knows anything about this knife feel free to speak up.

wow you hit the jack pot
i have only seen that knifeonly one time at a show
and one on bay once years ago

and it sold for almost 2x what this did
it is hard to find and in a number or type collection this is a should have knife
good score

I have to thank Roger for showing it to me, he thought it would go well with the 122 BPS filet knife I have. I'm glad to see that I did well on the price. I found out that it was in a limited number run, or a build out or something. I know very little of this knife...
