odd size blade steel???

hey guys, looking to make a few integrals, however I'm finding a hard time acquiring half inch blade stock... any suggestions???

Not sure what you're looking for, but...

• Aldo, the NJ Steel Baron, has 5160 in 3/4", 7/8" and 1" round.
• Aldo also has 1080 3/4" and 1" square bar. He might have other stuff too?
• Ray Kirk of Raker Knives & Steel carries 5160 in 3/4" round and 52100 in 5/8" and 1~7/8" round.

If you are making stock removal knives, I have some 440C in 3/8, 1/2 and 5/8". All of it 3" wide. These sizes seem to be difficult to find, I had to special order it from the mill.

sorry guys, I didn't even think to add what type of steel i had in mind... oddly enough Wolfgang, I am actually looking for 440c. you said you had to actually contact the mill for it? if that's the case, can you please put me in contact with what mill/company you used. or on the off chance you were looking to offload some of your stock, I am more than willing to deal with you on that front as well.
