OK, I'll admit, this is weird. Perhaps even into "too much information" territory.

Don't you hate it when you get to work, and in the normal course of your day you notice a big long whisker -- or even a clump of them -- that you missed while shaving that morning? And having noticed said whisker(s), don't they drive you nuts?

Well, break out the razor-sharp Charlow and voila!, they're GONE!

Not so odd. What is old is new again. ;)

(Speaking of 'too much information'...)

I recently changed my shaving habits, after previously maintaining a closely-cropped goatee for a long while. I started to let the rest of my beard grow out. After a few weeks, I kept noticing a persistent bump on my neck, just at the very edge of the trimmed boundary of my beard. I started to suspect an ingrown hair (I've occasionally had these in the past), instead of the usual bump or pimple that goes away in a few days. I'd sometimes been able to scrub them enough to make the hair break out from under the skin, but it wasn't working this time around. Even tried using my Mach3 razor to 'shave' it off, but the bump was too big for that to do the job; it'd just slide over the top of it.

Soooo..., after taking a deep breath and dousing the spey blade of my 8OT stockman (my 'EDC scalpel') with 91% isopropyl alcohol, I just 'shaved' the bump off my neck with the spey. Bled a little bit, but not as much as I would've expected. Didn't really hurt any more than my usual shaving, which pleasantly surprised me. After scrubbing it all clean, and allowing the passage of a couple or three days' time, the bump was truly gone and has stayed gone since. :D

If this really is TMI, my apologies...

Wow, how weird. I actually had to do this today. Realized I missed a spot in my mustache, and it looked real bad. So I trimmed it a bit with my 22. Still not as sharp as I'd like, but shaved a few hairs.

Like those days when I look in the bathroom mirror at work and relise that I have a unibrow which needs separating. EDC to the rescue!

I read about a man who tried trimming is mustache with a .22 - a Nylon 66, I believe - with unexpected results. His memorial service was held last Thursday :D:cool:
Bad joke, I should know better.

The scissors on the Leatherman or SaK will take care of my few brow-hairs that grow ridiculously long. Pliers/tweezers pluck the nose-hairs.

This thread should be edited with a 'Caution-TMI content' :D

Buck 309 will cut through a 3 inch long stray eye brow hair like hot butter. At least that's what I've heard anyway.

Had my school ball the other week, just started shaving so it is not a usual habit yet so I forgot to do my mustache:o and since I didn't have much time the swiss card came to the rescue, which is good cause I've been waiting for a break like this with her for a while...:D
