Odds of Used Practical Katana?

Quick question: what do you think are the odds of me finding a used Practical Katana (or Practical Plus Katana) for sale someplace?

I am just starting out, so paying US$240 is not really an option (although I completely realize that it's a bargain price for a functional blade like that). So I had a thread on Wanted to Buy forum for a while, and not a peep. And after a while I decided to post here and just ask if the used katanas are ever even sold, or if they're kept as wallhangers of souvenirs instead...

Anywho, what do you think? Should I keep looking or start saving? :)
 
Yeah, nice forum, I just registered there too, and will make a thread asking if anyone has one. I am just starting out, so hopefully there won't be much hazing... :)
