Ode to the HEST/F

Ten is gone,
eleven is here.
No HEST Folder,
but it's very near.

Lionsteel's been workin',
Pelton's been roaming.
The forum's been buzzing,
some even foaming.

Patience a virtue,
all do not see.
They are still wondering,
what happened to ESEE.

The folder will get here,
and pleased we will be.
It's just a matter of time,
as all will see.
 
Nicely said. Good to see that you are finding creative ways to enjoy the wait of the HEST/F.

I received an email today from KnifeWorks stating my knife had shipped.

Thought it was the HEST/F and got all wound up. Turns out it was Spyderco I had pre-ordered. Happy the spydie is on its way but...
 
Nicely written. If Longfellow was a knife nut, i think you would give him a run for his money.

I think its funny we have resorted to poetry to find something to do with ourselves till it arrives.
 
I hope it gets here soon. I've already bought another folder, a fixed-blade, 3 flashlights, an am dangerously close to buying a Beretta M9.

I can't afford for this thing to be delayed too much longer (nothing else seems to fill the void) :D
 
My problem is I keep adding another HEST folder to my bill as I'm waiting!
 
I like it, but maybe you should re-work it to include "skirt". Hahaha!

heck, i got a Glock 23 frame to make my .22 conversion a complete gun, an AR upper, and have received a four customs i had on order before the HEST/F.

and there's a custom knife show next weekend. :eek:

Yeah, if you think this site is bad for making you spend money, candlepowerforums.com is almost just as bad.

I found a M9 that I really want - it was an older commercial M9 that a friend of mine had built up with one of the "GI Kits" and a threaded barrel. Trouble is, I really want one of the new M9A1s.

I'm looking into getting another suppressor and its either going to be in 9mm or .22 - if I get this Beretta, it will be the second 9mm handgun I'll own with a threaded barrel so 9mm might just be the next tax stamp I'm waiting on.

I need this HEST/f to get here before I start down the 9mm AR path.

Requests for reviews

is what some people say
but everyone knows
they are not on the ebay

Gianni is packaging and
Pelton says they are made
I know if I had one
I'd probably get laid

Is yours a sterile?
or even a Mr. DP?
Right or left handed
Its all good to me

There have been delays
for all the extra goodies
but when they arrive
I'm sure some will get woodies
