Hey guys, just picked up a grail Warden I have been seeking for quite a while and thought I would share some pictures of my most used Busse knives! I love the Game Warden for its practicality. Its small enough to fit in your pocket, tough as hell at any thickness, and just feels great in the hand. I wish I could say I use my Mistresses more, but chores have been a bit too heavy of late and the chainsaw takes priority. The Warden I have been looking for is a combat grade (coated) Fat Game Warden @ .25'' thick with an aggressively ground penetrator tip; thus the bruiser Warden at the top. You can just see the grind lines of this beauty in the last picture. Regardless, all of my Wardens are users and are well loved! If you have any of your own Warden pictures you want to share...please feel free to throw 'em up. Everyone have a great weekend.

I just have one OJ. But it is definitely the most used knife I own. Aside from some rust in the upper talon hole, it's been a perfect user/EDC

I've handled other smaller Busse (ABA III, Mean Street, Active Duty), but the GW is my favorite.
 
Congrats on the grail GW score, Brendan! :thumbup: I see that you are up to 4 of these, and all very nice!! ...So, which GW is next on the list to score??? ;)

For those of you that know me, ya know I have a thing for GW's about as strong as I have for AD's... They are what got me to fall headlong for Busse's! A GW may not have been my first Busse knife, but I sure do seem to have a lot of 'em... And yes, it's true that I scored so many of one of the versions that for a while the HOGs jokingly called it the Black Jaxx Skeleton Warden... :o

...But I figured that I was done buying them until I saw this little fella at the BLADE Show! I just couldn't resist... :D

I really love the pattern, but I wish they were generally thinner stock.

Here is my only one, hollow ground, scored at blade 2011:

I've had a few GW's, but now I'm down to just one. It's my favorite knife that I own.

The Tuxedo Warden was my grail Warden score.
I love this Fat little bugger and the Ban Tang "Stupid Sharp" convex edge is AMAZING!!!

And quite possibly the BEST looking (and no doubt, best functioning) Game Warden out there!!! Every time I see it, I want to get a GW and send it to Norcal!!!!!
 
Congrats on your grail fat/black/bruiser GW! The GW is great and the knife I most often carry and use day-to-day, though I prefer the thinner .14 versions like the unnumbered satin/snakskin LE. Thanks to knife hunter, I got my grail GW - a .14 satin/old style green linen - a couple years back and I'm still amazed by it (anyone know how many of these were made?). Sorry for the lack of photos, but I'll try to post some later.

I have several Busse knives but I carry this one with me every day.

yall are making me jealous. My only busse is a black urban warden, and i love it. Its the perfect edc fixed blade. I wish i could get my hands on a fatty warden one day.
