On the contrary I didnt try to avoid that deer, sometimes you only wound them when you slow down ;)
Well, it looks like you have better luck on the highway than in the woods. To bad they didn't have more roads in the woods. HEHEHEHEHEHE!!!

I cant understand why when you drive your truck through the woods/fields the deer run out of your way, when your on the highway they run right in front of you  Either way nissan hardbody's get my vote for tough truck. 3 deer not a dent ,I'm gonna paint some hash marks on the door like a fighter pilot :D

i think i have you beat. HEHEHEHEHE!!!! was coming home and saw a huge axis buck dead on the side of the road. pulled over to the side of the road quickly and grabbed my hatchet out of the back seat and ran over to the deer and just hacked off the antlers and ran back and put them in a plastic bag. got home and put them directly into an ant bed. that was about a week ago. today i cleaned them up a little and cut off the rest of the bone below the crown. they are only about 13" from crown to tip and still had some velvet on them. wasnt much at all actually. yall think they will make good handles later on?
