I have had this large 21 for several months. I've had it apart several times and put it back together as recommended on CRK's website. I tightened the screws down in steps and in sequence. There is absolutely not a washer pinched. Can I fix it easily or is my only option to send it off? I don't like the idea of being parted with it for weeks.

If you have followed the assembly procedure on CRK's site, and you know that it is a real CRK, then there isn't a fix you or CRK can perform. Something is made wrong, and CRK will likely be replacing the knife completely, or at least one of the major components. That may not actually take weeks.

I'll bet you have one other knife you could carry in the meantime. ;)

I recently had to send mine off for the same thing. Got it back today, roughly weeks after dropping it in the mailbox. Definitely sucked being without it, but it was worth it to have a centered knife.

My 25 is similarly off center to your 21. I had sent mine back to CRK but they just shaped the tip up. Wasn't worth the time imo.

Afte very careful inspection, I believe it's just an asymmetrical blade grind which makes it seem to be off center. Trying to decide if I can just live with it or not.
