Off centered blade...

I just got back my Kershaw Boa from kershaw for some warranty work. Although they did install a new blade (thanks kershaw) they did not fix the original problem of the blade being SEVERELY off centered.

The blade almost/does touch the liner and I can push it back to centered when closed. What should I do about this and what is the biggest problem with the blade being so off centered other than it is going to get scratched?

Lastly and most importantly, what can I do to fix this problem. Thanks for the help.

Tighten the pivot, it will center it a bit more, make sure it is still relatively easy to open, with some folders you have to find a balance between how off center it is and how tight it is. Unless the blade is touching the liner, then there aren't really any other issues.
