I can't do a custom sheath at this time so I was looking for off the shelf options for my Basic 11. I saw on the TOPS website, and one discussed in this thread here from awhile back.

The tops one is okay, but I would rather not have all the hoopla and pouches one will do. Until I find it it will live in kydex. I'm asking if y'all good folks know of any off the shelf sheaths that may work for this knife. Thanks.

If you youtube around there are videos on making a cheap kydex like sheath out of pvc. That might work for you.

LMIW is out of business any those sheaths were going for over$200 the last time I remember seeing any. A lot of the sheath makers have a lot of the models so you can order whatever you want and they just make it with their knife.

The way you want, color you want, and well worth the small amount extra it will cost you

The OP is looking for a 'good enough' sheath to get by for now.

My suggestion is to look for a cheap, generic machete sheath, for a shorter blade. Like a sheath for a 12" Ontario, or somesuch.

Check out the belt hook thing on baryonyx.com if you just want a convenient inexpensive way to carry it. No edge protection though.

If you just want edge protection, or you really want to go cheap to save for kydex or leather later, check out some of the cardboard & duct tape creations that people have made. I had my first AK in one for years probably before I got a sheath made for it.

You could also make one out of wood if you have the free time to do it. Like some of the Kanetsune fixed blades come in. There are lots of saya making tutorials online too.

The B11 is a pretty long blade for finding off the shelf anything. Maybe attach a pouch to the mentioned kydex? A lensatic compass sized pouch could be made to fit a B11 kydex pretty easily, they have some that come with the compass on sportsmansguide for fairly cheap.

Separately, you might be able to find one at a surplus army/navy store, and if not you could make one out of some thick canvas that they might have laying around. Cut it out big enough to fold over the blade with an extra inch all around the blade edge to leave room fro rivets, staples, or stitching and you might be surprised how well it works for how easy it is to make with scraps. I've patched stuff together like that with those heavy copper crate staples that get pried open and discarded many times, palletized products have them too. Just some ideas

For some reason, I don't understand what you are wanting for your Basic 11.

Do you want leather, kydex, nylon/kydex, or some other combination?

Do you already have a kydex sheath for it?

Do you want a pouch on your sheath?

Adding a pouch to a kydex sheath is so simple. If that's what you want, I can show you a simple way that I prefer.

The sheath made for the Onterio RTAK II is the only generic type sheath I know of for 11" knives. It's a low hanging sheath almost like a dangler. It has the folded type plastic insert. The company that sells it says it's made in the USA, but does not say It on the sheath.

It fits the SYKC 1111 Perfectly. There is a little space for lateral movement when used with the B11, but still functional. It also will hold a ASHBM, but fits a little tight.

To find one Google - Ontario 8613 Nylon MOLLE Compatible Sheath Fits RTAK II
