So I recently got bit by the spyder and have since been on a spending spree. Within the last 4-6 weeks I have amassed a collection to the tune of #9 arriving this week( all spydercos), plus I grabbed a few Byrds and couple kershaws for gifts.

Welcome to the club!

As you've already learned, collecting knives in general and Spyders in particular is addictive. I've collected over 100 Spyderco folders, autos and balis to date and have accumulated 7 "small" 18 knife Spyderco knife cases to put all of the knives in, which are all sitting in my gun safe.

No room for any more unless I make room for more by moving stuff around in and/or out of the safe, which is not out of the question, but I'm going to try to limit my collection to just what fits in the existing knife cases in order to set an arbitrary limit on the # of knives in the collection at 126.

Sorry, make that 134 max because I also have 6 fixed blade Spydercos that I store in 2 Benchmade attache case knife sleeves (4 to a sleeve) and still have room for 2 more fixed blade Spydercos in the 2nd sleeve. I've got a 3rd sleeve but that's already filled w/4 vintage Gerber daggers in that I will never sell. So, 134 max it is (for now).

Yep, I know how that goes, I made it to my second one this year. Most recent additions are 2 Endura Wharncliffes(one plain one serrated), a Raffir Noble Chapparal, and(this one isn't in the roll up mat), a serrated ARK fixed blade. Next up might be an Ikuchi if the dealers will get them back in stock, unless that Police Lightweight shows up really soon.
