Here's one I just finished up last night for a soldier (medic) in Iraq. We worked out the design together. In honor of his service, I offered to let him name the model. Its a variation of my MSC (Military, Survival, Camp knife). He wanted to name it the RED ZONE, and so it is.
Along with the knife he wanted two sheaths. One with a large Tek-Lok to wear on a rigger's belt, and the other to strap directly to his gear.
RED ZONE Specs: Made from 1/4" O-1 tool steel with black oxide coating and full tang, differentially heat treated, tripple tempered 6" blade with combo edge, unsharpened false edge, thumb notches, beveled finger choil for choking up when necessary, sculpted green micarta grips, nasty skull crusher.
Hope he likes it!
Thanks for looking.
