Off To It's Owner

This one is off to it's owner tomorrow. Finished it today. Steel is CPM 154CM at 60.5 Rockwell. 600 grit hand rubbed finish, then hand rubbed with Metal Glo to soften the scratches. Scales are stabilized spalted maple. Owner is going to provide his own sheath.
I believe it came out okay.

Really, really nicely turned out knife.

Someone's going to be very pleased! :thumbup:
 
looks like a great user knife! i like how the blade grind tapers up towards the tip of the blade, and how the filework continues all the way around the handle.
 
I find that design and workmanship to be all that could be asked for, I could own one of those easily myself :) I would bet the owner is extremely happy when the knife shows up.

If you could add details of how long the cutting area and handle length would be great etc ;)
