In on 1. And regarding the Bound Book C&R license holders have to keep for their purchases, It's no big deal. You have to log in when you got something, where you got it from , SN, description of said firearm and if you disposed of it, to whom and when. I may have missed a detail or two but it's easy and you pay for the price of the license with your first order. You get dealer discounts from midway and brownells also.
