Hi all.

I just want to say that I recently registered to a non-knife related forum, and that the attitude there was so bad, so rude, no pity for anything that sounded even a little noob.

It made me realize how good that forum was. Insulting people for asking a question that looks stupid is all but frequent here, and people take time to correctly answer the questions.

Keep it that way guys :thumbup: You are the best
 
I agree about the courtesy on this page. unless of couse you post something about spining a knife over your head(sorry different thread).

its also nice to talk about knives without the normal Sheeple response of "what do you need that for"

Just kidding. I agree with you for the most part.:)
 
I definitely second that sentiment, the 10$ a year here is definitely worth it in the exchange alone i have saved about 50$ so far...
 
I agree. I think it's a combination of the quality of the people here, the excellent job the mods do, and the fact that the forums are well designed, especially in giving people a place where they can blow off steam (W&C) so that they don't have to in the topic forums.

Since we're on the subject I'd like to thank Spark, the mods, and all the members (in that order) for making this a great place find information, learn, be entertained, and make friends.
 
This has fast become my favorite forum to read as it seems there is so much to learn!

And I, too, appreciate the kind answers to some of my noobish questions! :thumbup:
 
Count me in as a strong voice of agreement.

I have come from many different online forums with a wide range of subject matter and have not found a more friendly, mature, and helpful bunch!

Even when I read the flame-fests here, I see that they are always resolved maturely with an apology or clarification.

This forum is most certainly a treasure. Thank you to all the great members here :)

This is by far my favorite place to go online. Nice people, very helpful (for a noob like me) and a friendly atmosphere.
