Off topic Dan but a little request !

Hey Dan is there any chance of an update and maybe some new pics of your Jack Russell ?

We had been toying with getting one as a buddy for our dog and after seeing yours we went ahead and ordered one for next year, long legged variety the same as yours but not sure if it will be a smooth coated or rough as we are not bothered either way !

If you plan on a rough coat, you won't be disappointed!


JRTs can start out smooth and then turn rough later on.


I'll see if I can snap a pic tonight.


He was a bit scrawny when we got him...but he hasn't really grown much...except in his middle.


I think Mity comes in at around 13-14"....which, as you say...is the long-legged variety. I just couldn't wrap my head around the Shorty's.....believe me, I tried....and met with breeders and saw the dogs in-person. But just couldn't pull the trigger on 'em. Cute as a button - yes! But not "sturdy" enough for my 4 young boys!!
