A neighbor of mine collected knives with his son....over the last 20-30 years from gun shows etc..his son died recently in a car accident and wants to get rid of them. I said I would help him sell them. I am unsure if it is appropriate to post them here I am thinking it is not but would like to find a value on them for him. Most of them are not hidden treasures.... bayonets etc, ww2 sword, folders, boyscout, german utensils dated back the late 1800's..can anyone recommend a website or source for uploading the pics.
Thanks
Kris

Value, yes; post for sale, no.

From the FAQ:

Don't share your account / post items for someone else.

Paying memberships keep this site open. When you sell items for someone else, you hurt everyone on this site.

Curious... In this pic, concerning the knife that is the second one up from the bottom, is the blade stamped with writing that says something along the lines of "Jungle Knife" followed by a date in the early 1900's? I can't help you much on the value but it looks really similar to a knife that my grandfather has.

knifecoop, I found some more info about that bolo/jungle knife. Looks like it was mass produced and issued to soldiers in WW1. Shot you a PM with some links including ebay auctions that should give you and idea of what it will go for.
