Off topic: Maisy & Snicker have a new hiking buddy !

One of my mates now has a dog, a Golden Retriever called Mr Bojangles ( Don't ask me why he called him that !:eek:).

I was a little worried how Maisy would be as she isn't too keen on puppies but she was fine so I think ya might be seeing more pics of this little hiking group !

We all know about Maisy but Snicker looks very comfortable in the water now.

That picture of Mr Bojangles looking out at them is priceless.
 
Izabelle, my German Shorthair hated the water when she was a pup. Now at the ripe old age of three you can't keep her out of it, especially when the trout are biting. Great pics as always thanks for sharing.

My 5 year old yellow lab loves the water but she doesn't like to lose contact with the ground if she doesn't have to. She'll go out far enough that she starts to lose her grip then heads back for the shallows.
 
Aweee man. I had a Golden Retriever until I was about 11. Her name was Casey and she died at about 15 years old. She was a natural in the water. Still miss her. Man it's getting dusty in here....

I don't think it's that Bojangles doesn't know how to swim, he probably just needs to be introduced to the water.
 
ha.. great stuff Pit..:thumbup: he's a good looking dog... i'm sure he'll be keeping up with Maisy and Snicker in no time..:)
