... Sorry, 'Skunk... Just foolin' around...! :)

Can you describe the noise it's making?

Is it kind of like a tatatatatatatatat?

Or is it more of a ra-wer-ra-wer-ra-wer-ra-wer?

It could be the carburetor.

Scott,

In all seriousness, what is the problem? Is the PV array not producing, or is the battery bank not storing? I have above average technical knowledge and could assist in trouble-shooting, but "Needs fixed" isn't much to go by.

panels work fine, generator works fine, batteries 24 volts, no inverting, all breakers fine. need a trouble shooter versed in this kind of equipment.

i'll have to remove the inverter and haul it out to town i guess...

Get back Marty, I've got to go back in time to help skunk. I should've never trusted he would know how to use plutonium wisely. That stuff can produce up to 1.21 gigawatts!!:D

Sounds like the inverter needs to be bench tested. Something may have let the magic smoke out....

That sounds to me like his Heisenberg compensator is starting to go out..

:)

Did you adjust it for Daylight Savings Time? If so, the shortening daylight hours may be confusing it.
