Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm looking to spend about $200 on a new knife to carry at work. It doesn't have to disappear in my pocket, but it does need to be discreet. Here are my criteria:

No plain black handles, unless it is carbon fibre
No automatics
It would probably be carried at the bottom of the pocket.
Locking and non-locking are both fine.
Blade should be around 2.5" to 3.5", give or take.
I don't have a sheepsfoot yet, and I wouldn't mind adding one to the stable.

I was thinking about the Gayle Bradley Air, the Centofante Memory, or the BM Shoki. I wouldn't mind a slippie, but that's a funny price range. It seems that there is a lot around $100-150, and then a bit of a void until you hit the $350+ handmades.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

If the air is not too small for your needs I would go with that for sure. Perfect office knife in my opinion.

Or like I recommended in the other thread a spyderco chaparral or benchmade 940 are some other good choices.

When I think 'office EDC' the first thing that comes to mind is 'non-threatening'. In other words, something that's not likely to scare someone. The second thing that comes to mind is the actual knife, a Spydero Delica 4 FFG. Take your pick of color.

Happy Birthday! It's a good time to treat yourself to a new knife, good luck picking one out, that isn't a easy task.
Here are some ideas that popped into my mind

yeah the Benchmade 940s are great, come in black and green handles (unless you find a older model)
the Benchmade 530 is one of the most light weight slim knives you can find, but sadly it only comes in black (there was a limted edition in blue if you can find it)
and the last Benchmade I will suggest (for sake of keeping this kind of short) is the 470 Emissary in grey aluminum handles, this might be the best suited one

and just to toss a few more ideas out:
Bradley Cutlery Alias II
Spyderco Caly Carbon Fiber

You have my vote on the Air as well.
It's small, thin, lightweight, nice milled ti liners, locks up solid, CPM-M4 steel slices and cuts like a laser, blade shape is great for multiple EDC tasks, slides in and out of the pocket without being noticed, and overall it's just beautiful and very nice looking.
The Silver Twill scales also give it the perfect amount of grip.

Overall a great knife in an awesome little package and is overall very comfortable in the hand despite its size. I have large hands and it works fine for me.

WILLIAM HENRY E6!!!!!!!!! I think it might be 50 bucks over your budget but hell it is your birthday!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!

I would spend the extra and get the b6 too! Well worth it. Handles are black but you can get carbon fiber or wood inlays. Very nice office knife.
On the cheaper side, the air is a great choice for the money.
