Official military survival school rep

This and a dollar (+ tax) will get you a cup of coffee at Dennys but I thought it was interesting:

I spoke with our contacts in Peru tonight and our group - Randall's Adventure & Training - has been made the official US Representative of the Peruvian Air Force Jungle Survival School by Commandante Mendoza of the Peru Air Force.

As a side note we have a group of students (from the States and other parts of the world) that will be graduating the school on Saturday. Part of our team is guiding this class and the rest of us had to stay Stateside for this trip. I will be doing a conference call with the military and students during graduation on Saturday and then they're off to play in the AMdes for a week before returning home.

We will be traveling back to Peru in August to meet with the military and arrange additional schools, expeditions, and training with their personnel. We are also finalizing the details for a "friendship jump" with their military which is being handled by SOF staffer Rob Krott. Anyone interested in seeing the Amazon and Iquitos is welcome to go. This is not a "client trip" and everyone just pays their own way...so it will be relatively cheap. Email me if you are interested.

Good job Jeff! I've followed your career for many years, and I agree with Ron 100%. You deserve everyone's respect for your hard work and thoughtfulness. Thanks for your help in the past, and hopefully the future!
Best regards,
Clayton

It seems to me the Peruvian Air Force could have choozen anybody in the world for this mission of training and good-will, But they did not choose just anybody, they choose you and that speaks volumes !!! Very best to our U. S. A. representative.

Muchas gracias por el cumplido!

It is much appreciated but this is not just about me. We have a whole team that works through each and every trip making sure everything is right. Matter of fact, this last trip (in Peru now) I basically had nothing to do with due to other projects, so the rest of the team is handling it from start to finish, and doing an excellent job.

Thanks again though.
