I recently finished this Frontier Style knife. It's knife #29 for me, and my best effort to date. So I thought I would have a Pro photograph it for me. Guess who? Well, Jim worked his magic, and I am stoked!
It is 9 5/8" OAL, 4 5/8" blade edge quenched and etched 5160 with etched wrought iron guard and pommel. The handle is stained curly maple, stippeled and silver wire work.
I made the sheath, it's basswood and deer skin lined with beaver tail and fox squirrel rawhide and a piece of polished and scrimmed whitetail antler "Moon Face".
