Got off work early today and the postman had delivered a new spyderco native and a grasshopper to my door. If that wasn't good enough, I see that my gf picked me up a bottle of my favorite rye. Makes this rainy, gloomy day seem not so bad.
I'm pretty impressed with the native so far although it doesn't fit my big paws all that well. It sure is sharp, like, really sharp. It locks up tight and has minimal blade play. Not sure I'm in love with the FRN though. Doesn't feel very grippy to me at all. I do like g-10 better for sure.
All in all this day isn't so bad. Think I'll sit here for a while and play with my new knives and have a drink and maybe some m&m's. And while I'm at it I'm going to check out the redhead forum before the gf comes home.
