Ohio carry laws?

i have read the laws on knife carry multiple times and cant find the key point for me, the blade length limit. i have read that bacialy here isnt a blade lenth limit here in ohio but i want to be certan.could some that knows for shure please help me get this clarifyed? thanks very much and im sorry about the spelling,

It is not unusual for the state law to not have a blade length limit. Indeed, a large proportion of the states do not have them, but rather based legality on type, intent, or actual usage. Ohio is one of those states:
"designed or specially adapted for use as a weapon, or possessed, carried, or used as a weapon"

The law of Ohio is about intent. If you have a buck knife and when the cop questions you, you say "It's for opening boxes" you're not breaking the law. If you say "It's for self-defense" then you are breaking the law.
